Prof. Risikat assumes office as DLI Director.

Professor Risikat Oladoyin Dauda has assumed office as the new Director of the Distance Learning Institute (DLI), University of Lagos.

The ceremony marking her official inauguration as Director of the Institute took place on August 15, 2023. This comes as the Ex-Director, Prof. Uchenna Udeani completes her tenure as the Director of the Prestigious Institute.

Prof. Uchenna Udeani was appointed Director of the Distance Learning Institute (DLI) in 2018, a position she held for 5 years having had her tenure of office extended twice by the immediate past Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, FAS.

The new director, Prof. Dauda is from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences. Her tenure as DLI Director will run from Wednesday, August 16, 2023, till Friday, August 15, 2025.
