He disclosed that not only will the agency offer immediate employment to the best three graduates starting from the Class of 2019, but they will also allow 300 level students to intern with them.

He said, “First and foremost, I think it’s important for us to thank Otunba Seni Adetu, the Group MD of Algorithm Media. We need to thank him because it’s a great gesture. What they want to do is to employ the best three students of advertising for the next three years.

“I want to tell you now that they started from those that have graduated because the University wrote a letter to me to furnish them with the names of the best three. They started with those that have graduated, that have finished service.

“It is not only giving our students employment that Otunba Seni Adetu offered us, he also said the organization is ready and willing to accept our students for industrial attachment training.”

The HOD added that he trusts the students to be good ambassadors of the department and pave the way for others to grab the opportunity too.

“One beautiful thing I see in the whole thing is that I believe that these students are going to be great ambassadors of the department. Once they can prove their ability there, I strongly believe that Otunba Seni Adetu will want to extend the gesture to more than three years,” Tejumaiye said.

He concluded by praying for the organization that they grow bigger and better to employ more graduates of Mass Communication, UNILAG.
