The Faculty of Law at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), is gearing up for the much-anticipated second edition of the National Data Protection Moot Court Competition.
The event is scheduled to take place from Wednesday, November 29 to Thursday, November 30, 2023.
This initiative is part of an ongoing project aimed at fostering a culture of compliance with data protection regulations across Nigeria.
Open to all Faculties of Law within Nigeria, the competition offers an exciting platform for legal scholars and students to showcase their expertise in the field of data protection.
As the importance of safeguarding personal and sensitive information becomes increasingly paramount, this event stands as a significant step toward nurturing a compliance-ready environment for data protection within the country.
Registration for the event is currently ongoing and will continue until Sunday, September 24, 2023.
