The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has further extended the deadline for Direct Entry (DE) applications from the initial closing date of Tuesday, September 29, 2026, to Tuesday, October 2, 2026.
In a notice published on the university’s official website, the Registrar and Secretary to Council, Mrs. Abosede Wickliffe, advised prospective candidates to maximize this opportunity by submitting their applications on or before the new deadline.
She noted that applications must be completed on the official portal, https://applications.unilag.edu.ng/ at a fee of N3,500.
Wickliffe added that in order to be eligible, candidates must have selected UNILAG as their first choice in the 2026/2027 Jamb Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) DE application.
The institution said candidates must possess five credit passes at one sitting in relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
